RETURNING YOUR TEXTBOOKS


Depending on the school you attend(see school calendar), books will be due back the last day of finals assuring you that late fees will not apply to your account.

  • You may return your textbooks to any of our stores however it is much easier when books are returned to the store that they were rented from.
  • You can mail your books back to us, but in order to insure that late fees won't apply to your account the directions below should be followed:
    • Books must be received four days from the last day of finals. Place a sheet of paper on the top of the books in the box that clarifies the name in which you rented the books under, your phone number, and the school that you attended for that semester.
  • We offer a book drop at our location that can be used after hours ONLY. The address location is 1450 Ellis Ave Jackson, MS 39204. Below is the procedure you need to follow:
    • Books must be received four days from the last day of finals.Write your name, phone number, and the school you attended under each front cover of each book using a sticky note or piece of paper. 
    • Place in a plastic bag and slip books through the book drop. If two bags are required please feel free to use as many as needed.

We would like to first start by saying a BIG thank you for the many loyal years that you have come to our Jackson location to rent/buy your textbooks. We started our business to help you guys with the cost of textbooks and we have tried our hardest however, unfortunately, we will not be reopening our Jackson location due the economic changes in the textbook industry.

We hope that you have a prosperous semester and we wish you luck on your future college endeavors! If you have any textbooks from the Fall semester still out they must be returned to our store via the Dropbox. Please make sure to put your name and PHONE number in the front cover of each book and put your books in a bag and slip them through the wall to ensure proper credit to your account. REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are only given for dropped classes with proof or wrong books issued for the first three days of summer school and the first five days of spring/fall semesters.  Refund will NOT be given for books on backorder, so please be certain when these books are ordered that you do in fact need them.

For inventory purposes: If it shows "In stock" next to the price the book is here within our store. If it shows only a price a box will appear when you choose this and will explain our "Out of Stock" process.  Please be very careful when choosing these books.  Please email us if you have any questions.

 

We now have a waiting list if you prefer not to prepay for a book.  When you see a book that is "Available to Order" click the box as if you are purchasing it and ask your cashier once you are about to pay to be put on the waiting list for that particular book.  This can only be done in the store!! Once the book becomes available you will receive an email stating that there is inventory in our store.
