Pickup/Prepaid Books
What is a pickup or prepaid book?   Pickups and prepaid book =  are books we are out of stock and the student wants us to order.
The student will pay for a book to be ordered.  We will guarantee the book to be in stock in 3-5 business days if ordered during the first week of classes, after the first week it can take 5-10 business days. Some books we can get in our store within 2 days.   If for some reason we are unable to order this book, a full refund will be given after the date your book should have been in has passed. The only way a student can get a refund after paying for the books is if we are unable to find the book or the student can put the book back on our shelf for another student to rent and when it rents we will call you in for a refund. This last policy has worked quite well for our students in the past. Once a pickup is ordered by TRI there are no REFUNDS.  This book is a special order strictly for you. Please make sure you need this book before doing a pickup.

We would like to first start by saying a BIG thank you for the many loyal years that you have come to our Jackson location to rent/buy your textbooks. We started our business to help you guys with the cost of textbooks and we have tried our hardest however, unfortunately, we will not be reopening our Jackson location due the economic changes in the textbook industry.

We hope that you have a prosperous semester and we wish you luck on your future college endeavors! If you have any textbooks from the Fall semester still out they must be returned to our store via the Dropbox. Please make sure to put your name and PHONE number in the front cover of each book and put your books in a bag and slip them through the wall to ensure proper credit to your account. Refunds are only given for dropped classes with proof or wrong books issued for the first three days of summer school and the first five days of spring/fall semesters.  Refund will NOT be given for books on backorder, so please be certain when these books are ordered that you do in fact need them.






For inventory purposes: If it shows "In stock" next to the price the book is here within our store. If it shows only a price a box will appear when you choose this and will explain our "Out of Stock" process.  Please be very careful when choosing these books.  Please email us if you have any questions.


We now have a waiting list if you prefer not to prepay for a book.  When you see a book that is "Available to Order" click the box as if you are purchasing it and ask your cashier once you are about to pay to be put on the waiting list for that particular book.  This can only be done in the store!! Once the book becomes available you will receive an email stating that there is inventory in our store.
